Many I AM COCKROACH products are produced using a print-on-demand process and may be manufactured specifically after an order is confirmed. Product colours may vary slightly because of:

• Fabric characteristics
• Printing techniques
• Production variations

Minor colour or placement variations that do not affect the product's usability will not normally be considered defects.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that every image or description will be completely free from minor errors. Product availability may change without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices may be revised without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed. Shipping charges, taxes, or other applicable charges may be shown separately during checkout.

5. Orders

An order is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully completed, or a Cash on Delivery order is accepted where available, and you receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order because of:

• Payment failure
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspected fraud
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect customer information
• Delivery-service limitations
• Technical errors

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled only before production begins. Because many products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. We do not directly store complete card, UPI, banking, or payment credentials. Payment approval, decline, or failure may be determined by the payment provider or issuing bank.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by:

• Customer location
• Courier serviceability
• Weather
• Public holidays
• Operational disruptions
• Incorrect address or contact details
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All original content associated with I AM COCKROACH, including brand identity, logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, written content, photographs, and campaign concepts, is owned by or licensed to I AM COCKROACH and Peak Performers Club unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially use this content without written permission.

11. Brand Disclaimer

I AM COCKROACH is an independent streetwear concept inspired by peaceful civic participation, accountability, resilience, freedom of expression, and social awareness. Unless expressly stated, I AM COCKROACH is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any political party, organisation, public institution, public figure, or movement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I AM COCKROACH and Peak Performers Club will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays, third-party service failures, product misuse, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to customers under applicable Indian consumer law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the registered business address of Peak Performers Club, unless otherwise required by law.
